The family department has experience of dealing with the breakdown of same sex partnerships. These difficult matters are dealt with efficiently and sympathetically.

Ancillary Relief/Financial Claims
We advise and assist in relation to financial claims resulting from divorce or relationship breakdown. The firm also has a wills and probate team who can assist with the necessary financial planning both during and following divorce. The property department can assist with any necessary transfers of property as a result of divorce, separation or civil partnership dissolution.

Child Law
We offer advice, assistance and representation in all aspects of child law including care/supervision proceedings. We have a Children Panel accredited specialist and other experienced members of staff who can provide sound compassionate advice at this difficult time.
