24 Hour Emergency Number
We provide an emergency 24 hour service for anyone who is arrested and requires assistance at a Police Station anywhere throughout the Merseyside area. If you are arrested you should ask the police to contact us.

Violent Offences We can advise in all cases involving violence including murder, manslaughter, GBH, ABH and assault.

Sexual Offences If you are accused of a sexual offence we will be able to advise and represent you. Our team deal with all sexual offences including rape, indecent assault, grooming and downloading indecent images.

Drug Offences The crime team are experienced in dealing with all drug offences, from possession to importation, across all classes of substance.

Dishonesty & Fraud The firm deals with serious fraud and white collar crime. We are members of the Serious Fraud Panel of solicitors and are used to dealing with high value cases of this type.

Regulatory Offences We handle cases arising from breach of regulatory controls by such bodies as the Health and Safety Executive, Trading Standards or the Environment Agency. We also deal with issues concerning the money laundering regulations and proceeds of crime.

Administration of Justice The team can help if you are accused of offences such as perjury, intimidating a witness or perverting the course of justice

Public Order We can advise on all matters relating to public order such as riot, violent disorder and breach of the peace.

Motoring Offences We deal with all types of driving offences from dangerous and careless driving, drink driving, drunk in charge and drug impaired driving to speeding offences and mobile phone use. In circumstances where a court has discretion to disqualify you from driving we may be able to assist you with saving your licence and avoid disqualification. Where disqualification is, or points on your licence are mandatory, we may be able to assist you in keeping any period of disqualification or points to a minimum.

Military Law & Courts Martial If you are a member of the armed forces and face discipline or prosecution then we have the necessary knowledge, experience and skills to help.

Prison Law We advise and assist prisoners with all aspects of prison law including prison disciplinary hearings, parole hearings and with recatagorisation of prisoner status.
